Picking, Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday (excluding German national holidays). Orders from Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Orders with payment received in our account by 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders and payment after 12:00 will be shipped the following business day.

Saturday delivery by express is not possible to Austria and Switzerland.

Deliveries of orders that can be shipped as parcels are carried out by our parcel service providers from Monday to Saturday.

The total order value is in pounds (£).

International customers may be subject to exchange rate and customs fees, as well as applicable delivery charges that are assessed by our service providers and not by Miss Lashes, depending on the country.

Parcel tracking

For parcel tracking you can retrieve real time data of the parcel service providers. Please refer to the package tracking number that you will receive from us via email after shipment. Please track your shipments independently as Miss Lashes is not responsible for lost and stolen packages.

Worldwide shipping depends on the country, the prices of our parcel service providers are shown in the checkout process of your order.
